Losing weight on an Indian Diet

As an Indian living in United States, I have had several NRI friends as well as friends from back home as me about weight loss...

The most common questions I get are...

  • What is the best way to lose weight on an Indian diet ?
  • Should Indians looking for weight loss customize their Indian diet or eat something else ?
  •  What Indian foods should we avoid and which ones should we embrace ?

As I have been helping many of my friends lose weight successfully, I often get the same feedback..."Man..you should write a book about this..it will help others lose weight"... 

There is so much misinformation out there that most people give up on losing weight after reading popular advice that does not work!

I made several of those mistakes but luckily I met some great people who gave me some good advice and also learned from my mistakes by analyzing what works and what doesn't.

So my goal for 2013 is to write a weight loss book tailored toward my friends and fellow Indians looking for the best way to lose weight while enjoying the variety of tasty foods that Indian cuisine offers.

  6. I have been eating a mainly Indian diet since meeting my now fiance and have experienced a huge amount of weight loss! Now I am in need of a skin tightening product that will help with the stretch marks and horrible looking skin, something that is not cosmetic,,,,
